On August 13 we introduced our Bigs and Littles (12 years and up) to a very high-energy fitness workshop at the Cycle Bar in Dunwoody. The 12 participants arrived to a very friendly staff and were given a pair of bike shoes and a locker to put their belongings in. Souvenir water bottles were provided and fresh towels were placed at their individually assigned bikes.
The instructor was energetic, friendly and supportive to everyone, and the pace was high and challenging to all throughout the almost one hour of cycling. Bigs and Littles loved the workshop, and the general feedback was that they would want to do it again – even though it put almost everyone to their limit!
