Julio C. Carrillo

Vice President of Program Services

Julio C. Carrillo serves as Vice President of Program Services for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta (BBBSMA) and has been with the agency for six years. He is responsible for effectively managing the daily operations of the agency, which include customer relations, enrollment, match support, and the agency’s call center. Julio is also responsible for directing and managing long-term agency goals, which include metrics analysis to measure program quality, child safety, budgeting, and grant attainment and execution. Under his program leadership, BBBSMA has consistently met or exceeded national program standards establishing the Metro Atlanta agency as a model for measuring the success of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Prior to his current role, Julio served as Director of Customer Relations and Director of Match Support for BBBSMA. Julio brings to BBBSMA, over 10 years of experience in logistics and operations, working in management with Fresh Market and Siemens, and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
